We do not process your payment information in any way. The data of the saved payment cards is stored only in the payment system.

To fulfill the terms of the contract between us, we will retain your personal data. The retention period is no longer than 10 (ten) years after the date of execution of the transaction. After the expiration of the personal data storage period, personal data is irretrievably deleted or anonymized.

For accounting purposes, personal data in the accompanying documents/invoices and in the accounting program are stored in accordance with the deadlines specified in regulatory enactments.

To provide you with the latest information about our promotions, discounts, new products, and services, your personal data, which is processed with your consent, will be processed and stored until the day you withdraw your consent.

To law enforcement agencies in accordance with the procedures specified by the laws of the Republic of Latvia;

The payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore, our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment execution to the platform's owner, Maksekeskus AS.

We do not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.

All personal data is stored in the European Union.

Automated decision-making

Please note that your data will not be used for automated decision-making.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend/supplement the Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with applicable regulatory laws, making these changes available to the customer on the website www.maison-somnus.com.
